This stove design is a variation of the Roy Robinson Cat Stove and the Sgt. Rock Cat Stove. I could never locate a small "church key"(triangle-punch can opener) that you are supposed to use for the inner can. I did build one stove using the large church key on the inner can, but the holes came down too far and made it easy to spill fuel. I found that a hole-punch worked fine for venting the inner can.

	Start with a large(6 oz.) can and a small(3 oz.) can of tuna. You may substitute cans of cat food if you like. The tops of the cans should have been removed. You can use your denatured alcohol to remove label glue residue.
	Use a Sharpie to mark eight dots in a circle on the bottom of the larger can. The dots should be about 1-1/2" across from each other.
	Now play connect-the-dots with your Dremel-type rotary tool.
	Smooth the cut edges with your rotary tool, or sandpaper, or a file.
	Use a triangle-punch can opener to punch eight triangular holes around the rim of the larger can.
	Use a hole-punch to punch holes around the rim of the smaller can.
	Your cans should now look like this.
	Use needle-nose pliers to uncurl the tips of the tabs on the larger can.
	Insert the smaller can into the larger can.
	Push in on the tabs to rebend them and to secure the inner can.
