You will be completely draped with a sheet during the session. Only the part of the body being worked on is exposed at any time.

If at any time you are uncomfortable, please let me know and I will adjust pressure accordingly.

You may talk during your massage, or you may choose to use this as a time to be quiet. Either is fine.

Creme or lotion will be used. Aromatherapy oils can be used if you wish. Please let me know if you have any allergies or preferences.

Seated massage is performed without cremes or lotions. The client remains fully clothed.
